Support for the child sponsorship program is crucial to meet the daily needs of the children at IDADEE Children’s Home in Haiti. By sponsoring a child, you contribute to their upbringing just as you would for your own. It’s essential to fulfill their basic needs first, including a loving home, nutritious meals, medical care, and education. When you register as a sponsor, you have the opportunity to get to know more about the children at IDADEE.  Photos and information about the children are periodically sent out as our trips allow for gaining content The sponsorship funds benefit all the children. 

Care

Every child should have a secure environment to thrive and develop. IDADEE is that place that offers a safe space where physical needs are promptly addressed. This involves delivering medical care, providing proper nutrition, and ensuring access to safe drinking water.

 

Education

Every child is entitled to a high-quality education. The IDADEE school covers preschool through high school and employs an all Haitian teaching and administrative staff. All children at IDADEE are enrolled in school, and we also extend our support by providing scholarships to additional students, allowing them the opportunity to attend as well.

$208/month will cover the needs of one child at IDADEE. We offer three different sponsorship levels to help us achieve our goal of IMPACTing the lives of these kids.

FAQs

Does my contribution go directly to a sponsored child?
When signing up to be a child sponsor, you are contributing to all of the children at IDADEE in Haiti. Sponsored children do not receive direct cash. The sponsor donation you make each month is put together with all sponsor donations to benefit the children at the highest level of IMPACT. Your sponsorship efforts go hand in hand with others to bring a light into the IDADEE community long term.
Can I write a letter to the children?
If you would like to write a letter, please address it to all children at IDADEE to avoid leaving any child out. We will read this to the group during our trip to Haiti.
